| However we will repair or replace a item
found to be defective , as expeditiously as we are able , once it has been
purchased from our Main or
Online store , and is reported & returned to our Main Store within 7 days of the Original
Purchase date .along with the original packaging and
Store Receipt. |

| Any Defective Products that are purchased
as gifts for Shower or Birthday Registries
will be handled as above with the exception that the date of the
Shower/Birthday Event shall supersede the Date of Purchase once purchased within 4 Weeks prior to the Event.. |

| Defective Products that otherwise fail
or require processing as a Warranty Item after the initial 7 day period , will
be referred to the Manufacturer for processing under the Manufacturers
Warranty . We will work with both parties to resolve
the situation where possible and assist with Logistics support once
practical. Additional Charges may be assessed depending on Product/Manufacturer
Guidelines & or Requirements. |
